As we celebrate today with family and friends we remember those who gave their lives and have sacrificed in other ways so we can have our freedom.
It’s been somewhat of a tradition at www.trainingformmafitness.com to share with you workouts that you can do before you head off to your BBQ or whatever it is you are doing today.
Without further ado…
Go to track. football field, playground, etc.
Dynamic warm up
*This entire workout can be performed with a weighted vest (1 to 20 pounds) for added resistance
10 box jumps
20 meter sprint (75-80%)
5 pull ups
20 meter sprint (75-80%)
10 regular or plyo push ups
50 yard sprint * 2
Repeat 3-4 times depending on fitness level
